The HR Department acting within the framework of BZK is responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies for employment, training and development employees of all Group companies and for the effective management of human capital in terms of business objectives.

For the associated companies (i.e. Bakoma, Polskie Młyny, Bioagra-Oil, Komagra and Bioagra) the HR Department in BZK Group is in charge of the staffing processes.
